Historical Montage

Our next project will focus on creating a montage based off of the history of your ethnicity or country of origin. You can choose to use the country you were originally born in, the country your parents or family were born in or a combination of both. If you have more than one ethnicity you can decide which ethnicity you would like to use or you have the ability to use both.

We will start off by doing some research about the history of our countries. I want to know how your country was founded, by who, what it’s known for along with significant events that have occurred throughout it's existence. Once your facts have been collected we will begin to collect images to use for our montage. We will then use our images to create a montage telling a story about our countries history.

This will be a two-part project. The first part will be the typed essay on your country's history. The second half of the project will be project based. Below are the topics that need to be included in your essay. You will be given a rubric in order to give you a better understanding of how you will be graded.

Requirements

·      Size 12 font
·      Double spaced
